Our Strong Company Culture at Bunny Inc.

Here at Bunny Inc., we have something special.

While pinpointing an exact reason would be a formidable challenge, it’s safe to say there are multiple factors at play.

All of these different factors contribute to a team that isn’t scared to aim high and shoot for highly ambitious goals.

Actually, ambitious is an understatement.

Some might even think that we aim too high.

We are striving to change the way people work and how business operates around the world.

We are on a quest to ensure that the workplace — and the work experience — is fulfilling to everyone involved and in every way possible.

Sound challenging enough?

It is.

How can we — a company with about sixty passionate people — change the way the global work experience operates?

How can a small group of people change the way people feel when it comes to accomplishing their professional goals?

The answers to these questions are complex and multi-faceted. That is part of the reason we are launching this blog. We want to be as transparent as possible on our quest to achieve such an ambitious change.

Some may look at a lofty goal like this and chuckle at the notion that changing the way humanity works is even possible.

We are well aware of the challenges ahead.

We actually look forward to the obstacles in our way and the curves in the path that separate us from our destination.

We are also well aware that many people and companies set high goals and fail to attain their objectives.

That doesn’t worry us. In fact, it encourages us to work harder and aim even higher.

We have set the bar high because we not only believe in the challenge ahead, but more importantly, we believe in the abilities, passion, and sheer brilliance of our team to carve out such a righteous path to reach a destination that many think to be implausible.

Our team is the crucial component that will make this a realistic journey.

We actively recruit the best minds imaginable to help us live up to our aggressive mission.

To become part of the Bunny Universe is far from a simple feat. In all honesty, joining the team is a fierce challenge. The gatekeepers are rigorous in the briefing process and the chances of passing through is not for the faint of heart. It is meant for the most passionate, innovative, and proactive minds.

Our quest to build the most accomplished and ingenious team of entrepreneurs and critical thinkers is arduous and never-ending.

Working with a team like this is an extreme sport all in itself. To brainstorm and plan with such creative and capable minds is inspiring, to say the least.

To be surrounded by folks with such a boundless drive and desire to excel would intimidate most and downright frighten many others.

It’s like in sports when an athlete plays up to their stiff competition. You always play better when surrounded by other top-notch players.

The beauty of this analogy is that at Bunny Inc., we are surrounded by the best players and we are all on the same team. This provides a chemistry that allows for collaboration and cooperation that makes our actual competition and challenges seem much lighter and our voracious goals seem much more attainable.

The point of this post is not only to toot our own horn or say that we are flawless.

We are far from that.

We know that failure is a part of life and business and that we are subject to falling short of our goals.

We have failed in the past. Failing to obtain some of our new goals and flopping on some of our ideas in the future is not only likely, but it’s also imminent.

No one makes it in life without their share of failures. Making mistakes and failing to accomplish goals are inevitable in life and business.

We are not blind to these realities.

The real point of this post is to introduce a series of open dialogue that will share our trials and tribulations, our fears and aspirations, our motivations and apprehensions, and much, much more.

We believe that being open and approachable is key to achieving greatness in business. By sharing our experiences, we can help others learn from our mistakes and all grow together.

We will not simply sing about our glories.

We will teach lessons based on our failures as well. This is more important than only pointing out our victories.

This will be an open forum where we as a team unite on a vocal and honest adventure while letting people in on our journey. We will allow others to learn from our blunders and gain inspiration from our triumphs.

When something goes wrong, we will reflect as a team — like always — to reach enlightened conclusions that will help us move forward and help you avoid falling victim to similar dilemmas.

When something goes right, we will openly analyze our actions and behavior to advance internally as a team while providing you with the incentives to follow our proven methods and be encouraged to apply them to your life and business.

This experiment of open discourse will ultimately benefit all parties involved by creating a trusting and honest community that exhibits our company culture and how we work tirelessly to achieve our goals.

This blog will always be evolving to ensure that you are receiving the most up-to-date content that gives you a peek into our world.

Our goal with this blog, however, is to have an open dialogue on both ends.

We want to hear from you as well.

We don’t want to simply spout on and on about our challenges and successes. We want to hear from you about what you are doing and how you are doing it.

Did you learn a lesson from one of our stories? Fantastic! We want to hear about it.

Did you avoid a problem by heeding our advice? Wonderful! We want to hear about that as well.

We want to grow as a company not just by working together, but by growing as a community where all of our thoughts are open, and discourse runs free.

This is the only way we can all truly grow.

Knowledge needs to be shared in order to learn something new.

Hiding in the dark will prevent you from ever being able to see the light.

If you want to succeed, you need to be able to learn from others and discuss new ideas in the open.

Otherwise, we will all stay in the dark and growth will cease to exist.

In order to move forward, we need to work together.

We do that as a team, and we now know that it is necessary to do as a community.
